Through her roles as an engaging facilitator, mentor, coach and speaker, Denni has explored a different way of being for executives who wish to ‘show up,’ be present in every aspect of their life, find meaning and identify their legacy.

As Founder of Qualia Learning Network, she is committed to assisting people achieve higher levels of performance with increased personal stress resilience through personal coaching and leadership programs that have been implemented by Federal and State Governments, and national and multinational organizations in Australia and the Middle East.

The design of the The Spirit of Leadership Conference is based in part on five years of Denni facilitating hundreds of corporate executives through the Superworking Leadership Program: observing and listening to what executives, especially women, are looking for; the challenges they face, the things that frustrate them, concern them, disappoint them, inspire them and call them to action.
